Hydrotherapy

Heat, ice, epsom salts, and paraffin wax can all promote healing.  Heat is great for relief of muscle tension and chronic conditions, while ice can combat inflammation.  Epsom salt baths can aid in decreasing muscle pain and fatigue, while paraffin wax is a great way to increase circulation deep within your muscles and joints.  Your therapist will advise you on which option is safe for you to use.
